In observation of National Poetry Month, BHS throws open its doors to celebrate wordsmiths, troubadours, slam poets, and other bards of all kinds! Activities include a lecture on the history of Brooklyn poets from literary advisor and archivist Edward Moran, a look at how New York City inspires diverse poetry movements with NYU professor T. Urayoán Noel, and a performance from some of the contemporary poets continuing Brooklyn’s lyrical legacy today.

The Brooklyn Brewery Beer Mansion is a high-spirited, beer-fueled spectacle unlike any other. The interactive, multi-party celebration of beer, food, music, more beer and community kicks off April 13th and 14th in Williamsburg at Weylin.
