Hot 97’s Summer Jam is slated to be bigger and better than ever. Known as the official “start of summer party,” Summer Jam takes place on June 11 at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
This year’s festival line-up presents Dave East, A Boogie with Da Hoodie, Don Q, Lil Yachty, D.R.A.M, PnB Rock, and Brooklyn’s own Young MA, Phresher, and Casanova. Performing at the concert’s main stage are Chris Brown, Migos, Tory Lanez, Fat Joe and Remy Ma, French Montana and Friends, Trey Songz, DJ Khaled and Friends, Funk Flex and Friends, Konshens, Charley Black, Jidenna and Brooklyn’s own Joey Badass and Desiigner. In bigger Brooklyn news, Faith Evans will be presenting 20 Years of B.I.G., celebrating her forth coming album, The King & I featuring the late rapper.
“HOT 97 Summer Jam is a legendary, one-of-a-kind event. Each year, we host the biggest acts in music on two stages, plus have exciting experiences for our fans during the Festival Village pre-show,” said Charlie Morgan, SVP/Market Manager of Emmis New York. “Add in major surprise appearances from Hip Hop’s hottest artists, and you’ve got the best celebration of Hip Hop on the planet. The center of the Hip Hop universe is at MetLife Stadium on June 11th!”
