Ziggy Marley, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu & More Set To Perform At Coney Island's New Amphitheater

If you’ve already planned your entire Brooklyn summer with the list of events we previously provided, you may want to add a few of these concerts set for Coney Island’s new amphitheater.

The 5,000 seat venue, located right on Coney Island’s famous boardwalk, will be the host to a number of live performances including Ziggy Marley, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, The Beach Boys, and even a Funk Fest featuring Kool & The Gang, Bootsy Collins, Morris Day and The Time, Doug E. Fresh and so much more.

The amphitheater has been in the works since 2006 and though it has experienced a number of setbacks, it’s officially ready to open in June.
