This guy takes “Netflix and chill” to a whole new level.

Alejandro “AJ” Fragoso, a 25-year-old from Brooklyn, set a new Guiness World Record for the longest TV binge-watching marathon — having watched 94-hours straight of television.

In an event sponsored by multimedia software company CyberLink, Fragoso, over the course of five days, watched back-to-back episodes of “Game of Thrones,” “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” “Battlestar Galactica,” “Twilight Zone,” “Bob’s Burgers” and “Adventure Time.” Fragoso kicked off his watch party at a midtown Manhattan apartment, from Friday, April 8, until Tuesday, just after 5am.

The event started with three participants. Fragoso was the only one to complete the task.

According to Variety, CyberLink hired an on-site physician to monitor the binge-watchers and evaluate the effects of prolonged, uninterrupted TV watching and sleep deprivation, and they also had a Guinness judge present to verify the record.

After completion, Fragoso, had a heightened heart rate and suffered numerous neurological side effects, including an increased frequency of involuntary open-eyed micronaps and acute hallucinations, according to the company.

Fragoso credited his “Mediterranean diet” and frequent stretching for getting him through.

The previous record was set by a group of Austrians just recently in March 2016. They all watched 92 hours of television, faithfully.
