Viral Video Of A Stranger’s Kindness Is Pure Monday Motivation

The temperatures in New York City have dropped rapidly and though many of us were thankful for the elongated spring weather, a select few may wish it was still going.
Over the weekend, a video shared to Facebook of an unidentified man giving the shirt off his back to an underdressed stranger to keep him warm, went completely viral and all for good reason. The video having been watched over nine million times details the stranger on a Brooklyn-bound A train, shaking out his white t-shirt he had taken off of his body and walking over to the elderly-man sitting alone. Though the video has little sound, the kind gesture of the rider also helping the man put on the shirt is visible. Just a few moments later, after the rider goes back to his seat, he can be seen walking back over the the man to also give him his warm hat.
The stranger taking the video left the train shortly thereafter leaving us to wonder what happened next, but showing us just enough to believe that even with all the traumatic things going on in the world, so much good is still happening.
