This exhibit celebrates the birth and evolution of Chinese American cuisine, tracing its 170-year history and sparking conversation about food culture, immigration, and what it means to be American. You’ll get to touch, taste and smell in this interactive experience which’ll feature different recipes each month. Kung pao chicken, wontons and all the chow mein you can muster!
