You’ll learn about The Botanist and how they hand-foraged 22 local botanicals from their wild, remote island of Islay and slowly distilled them to create a gin unlike anything you’ve tried before. You’ll also get to taste The Botanist gin at a DIY gin and tonic bar. Choose your botanicals and learn how to custom-infuse them into your drink. Lite bites will also be provided.
