Popular neighborhood chain, Siggy’s Good Food, is set to close their Brooklyn location in March.
News of the closing of the Brooklyn Heights restaurant came as blow to the restaurants loyal diners. Siggy, owner of local eatery, spoke on the closing to Gothamist, “Unfortunately you have heard the truth. We are closing the Brooklyn location only, Manhattan will remain open. Our last day of service is March 1st. It was the hardest decision I have ever had to take in my life, but could not avoid. The reasons are many, mostly bureaucratic. It is sad very sad, I wish it would have been different. Thank you for all the love and support”.
The restaurant, located on 76 Henry Street, is known for making organic dishes, juices, smoothies and insuring their customers always leave with a smile. To continue supporting Siggy’s Good Food, visit their Manhattan location at 292 Elizabeth Street.
