In this workshop you’ll learn how to make a 30 minute meal using simple ingredients and spices. You will learn when to add spices to a dish to optimize flavor and also the health benefits of certain spices and herbs! We will also be making chapati bread from scratch as a team. This is a hands on and informative workshop. First 30 minutes will be a food demo, then we will make the bread and share the food together!
