On June 6, 1998, Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte changed lives forever with the debut of Sex and the City 20 years ago. Nitehawk will screen the film (which turns 10 this May) and and celebrate author Jennifer Keishin Armstrong’s new book Sex and the City and US for the 20th anniversary of the debut of Sex and the City. Armstrong will join The Strand and editors from Vulture, Bustle and Refinery29 in a post-screening panel. The Strand will have copies of Armstrong’s Sex and the City and Us book available for purchase before the film.
