Fort Greene is well on its way to better health. The Brooklyn neighborhood has been going through a deal of changes and as of recently, a much needed healthcare facility is on its way.
The new center will be located in what it’s called the Brooklyn Cultural District at 620 Fulton Street. Though the facility will be largely occupied with healthcare staff, the 180,000 square ft. building will also include office and retail space. In addition, the new high-tech facility will substitute the normal waiting room with check-in-kiosk and smartphone check-ins that automatically assigns patients to their examination rooms where they’ll be able to see any of their doctors.
