Zoe Kravitz & Drew Barrymore Are Throwing A Rave In Greenpoint

Actress, Drew Barrymore will join forces with Zoe Kravitz and Alexa Chung to co-host an epic rave in Brooklyn. If you’re unsure of what a rave is; it’s a huge dance party where there are usually live performers, live DJ with mostly dance music blasting out the speakers.

The event to be held a 50,000-square-foot waterfront warehouse in Greenpoint, is a celebration of Refinery29’s 10 year anniversary. Refinery29 is a company founded by four friends who began a journey to simply help people discover and refine their personal style. Fast forward ten years later, they have been named the fastest growing media company in the U.S.  To date they have accumulated on average 36 million visits per month, 258 million page views, and over two million email subscribers.

The space on 15 Huron Street, titled “29 Rooms” will be FREE and open to the public on Friday and Saturday from 12pm – 8pm. A sprecial playlist has been curated by Solange Knowles’ music company Saint Heron; maybe she’ll be the special DJ.
