TV Chef Anne Burrell Opening First Restaurant Since '08 In Cobble Hill This Fall

Television chef, Anne Burrell is opening her Italian-influenced Mediterranean restaurant in Brooklyn this fall. The chef who hasn’t run a restaurant in New York City since 2008, has teamed up with Phil Casaceli of Daddy-O, a bar in West Village, to open Phil & Anne’s Good Time Lounge on 196 Smith Street in Cobble Hill.
