Saks Fifth Avenue Is Headed Out Of Manhattan Into Sunset Park

by The move from Manhattan to Brooklyn is now the norm for popular department stores. According to The Real Deal, high-end department store, Saks Fifth Avenue is opening an outlet store in Sunset Park.
Off Fifth, Saks off-price sister shop is headed to Liberty View Industrial Plaza at 850 Third Avenue. The discounted store will take up 30,000 square feet of the 8-story building’s first floor.
The building, to be made up of office space and retail shops, has already set Bed Bath & Beyond for an 120,000 square foot space on it’s second floor and electronic shop, Micro Center also has spot.
