The new building, designed by S3 Architecture, features 75 residences, including three studios ($856/mo.), four 1-bedrooms ($958/mo.), and eight two-bedrooms ($1,114/mo.) reserved for affordable housing.

Mobility-disabled applicants, vision- or hearing-disabled applicants, municipal employees, and residents of Brooklyn Community Board 8 — Crown Heights, Prospect Heights and Weeksville — will receive highest preference.
