Lionel Hollins Donates Suits To Men's Warehouse For Charity

Brooklyn Nets’ Head Coach, Lionel Hollins, knows exactly what it feels like to grown up with not one suit in his closet. When Men’s Warehouse announced they will be hosting The National Suit Drive, Hollins quickly felt the need to give back.

The charity drive, launching Monday, June 22, aims to collect around 250,000 men’s and women’s gently used professional clothing to help unemployed workers dress their best on interviews and land their next job.

Hollins who donated 10 suits from his personal collection told the New York Post “I was fortunate to go to college and make it to the NBA. I don’t need these suits anymore, but somebody does.” He went on, “I am inspired by the Bible verse, ‘To whom much is given, much more is required. ”

All Men’s Warehouse locations will be accepting clothes through July 31. It’s always good to give back.
