Food Network star Anne Burrell has officially opened her Italian-influenced Mediterranean restaurant, Phil & Anne’s Good Time Lounge, at 196 Smith St. in Cobble Hill.

The chef who hasn’t run a restaurant in New York City since 2008, has teamed up with Phil Casaceli of Daddy-O, a bar in West Village, to open this 1,300-square-foot, 42 seat dining room serving up items like Korean short ribs, house-made ricotta and pistachio pesto and goat cheese cheesecake. Wine, beer and cocktails will also be available.
