Celebrations Are In Order As Barclays Center Turns 3!

The Barclays Center is celebrating their three year anniversary — officially opening on September 28th, 2012, in the Prospect Heights area of Brooklyn. In the three years of it’s existence, the NBA Draft, MTV Awards, live performances, and numerous concerts have been held there. JayZ, Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, Rihanna, John Legend and many more are apart of the roster of stars that have performed at the arena.
The Barclays Center has done more than just entertain, it has created jobs for people, as well as add to the flare of Brooklyn. Barclays Center owner, Brett Yormack tweeted earlier, “Three years ago today, we opened Barclays Center. Looking forward to creating more memories in Brooklyn.”
