Director of Inductions for the Culinary Hall of Fame based out of Colorado, Certified Master Chef Richard Rosenhale comments, “Chef Tropepe embodies all of the prime characteristics a well rounded culinary professional should have. Between his twenty five cuisine and restaurant certifications, his long list of celebrity clientele and now his restaurant consulting and defense strategy work in concert with his advocacy for necessary reforms in New York City, the Culinary Hall of Fame and its Induction Committee feels that no other chef is as deserving of this high honor.”

Tropepe, who attended the Art Institute of New York City, already has a long list of achievements including being inducted into the elite culinary fraternity the LEs Amis D’Escoffier Culinares Society, two short years after receiving national recognition as the USACC’s Chef of the Year award.
