It’s the most wonderful time of the year and Crown Heights is welcoming its own set of cheer to the neighborhood.
Council Member Robert E. Cornegy Jr., the Crown Heights North Association and Friends of Brower Park invite you to “The Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony” scheduled for this Sunday, December 13, 2015. The free event is set to be held at Brower Park, located on Kingston Avenue between Prospect and Park Place in Crown Heights, in Brooklyn, New York from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
The event will host live holiday performances by the R&B Recording Artists Vivian Green, Kyla Imani, Broadway actors K’Lynn Jackman, who is best known for her role as Young Nala in The Lion King and Marquise Neal of Kinky Boots. Also, the Brooklyn Ballet will share a performance from “The Brooklyn Nutcracker Sweet”.
