I was pumped from the moment I received my juices! Lets just say that fullness of energy dwindled away by the end of the first day of the cleanse. I was hungry, my head hurt from having no coffee and I had no energy! By the second day, I was angry at everyone and everything. I wanted food but I had to re assure myself that this was for my own good! The third day was surprisingly a breeze. My headache was gone, I wasn’t angry and after every juice I felt completely full. Sadly (kidding) it was the last day.

The results, phenomenal! My skin, most notable my face looked more dewy and brighter. I lost about 4 pounds which I’m sure was unnecessary water weight. My sleep has gotten better and I am full of energy. It was my own choice to continue to eat healthier with a low carb regimen after the juicing. But in all a complete success!
