The evening will consist of a panel of four women, all of which are successful creatives in the industry, followed by a cocktail mixer where you’ll have an opportunity to make new connections with people in the photography industry. Lastly, they will be having a raffle where we’ll be giving away a few great prizes to attendees.

Guided Meditation Circle

Come for an hour of guided meditation. Honor your mind, body and spirit by allowing yourself to relax, release, and open. Utilizing breath and techniques lifted from yoga nidra, you will be induced into the state between waking and sleep. From there we will explore personal sacred spaces and receive messages or experiences from the space behind our eyes. Use of essential oils and light touch will be included so please notify me if you would prefer to opt out from that portion. Come with an open mind and heart and receiving the healing benefits of guided meditation in a group.
