There is a major problem with bullying in schools with-in Brooklyn. It’s a major issue that mentally and emotionally affects children today and one middle school in Brooklyn is actively doing something to change that.

David A. Boody  (I.S. 228) located in Gravesend on 228 Avenue S, has come up with the perfect solution for Brooklyn youth affected by bullying to be able to report it anonymously.

The easily downloadable app called Bridg-iT, allows victims of bullying and witnesses to report straight to their deans office without having to provide their name. The app was first tested back in May and since then has morphed into a phenomenon and even comes in three different languages, French, Russian and Spanish.
