Well this is a big day in Brooklyn history! Today the City of New York has given star director, Spike Lee his own street. The end of this month celebrates the 25th Anniversary of Spike’s 1989 movie Do The Right Thing. In honor of the anniversary, Stuyvesant Street between Lexington and Quincy in Bed-Stuy, the block where the film was shot, has been changed to “Do The Right Thing Way.”
