Someone who purchased a Powerball ticket at a gas station in Brooklyn is $298.3 million richer.

Lottery officials announced today that a single winning Powerball ticket was purchased at Arnold’s Service Station in East New York. This is the third Powerball winner to come out of New York City. In November a 67-year-old retired postal worker claimed the largest prize in New York Lottery history, a whopping $343.9 million. A Staten Island resident pocketed $245 million in September.

The East New York winner will have a choice  between a $298.3 million annuity or the $180.2 cash lump sum.
