Oh look…the construction of a new 16-story building is in the works in Brooklyn.

WeWork Companies Inc., in collaboration with Rudin Development and Boston Properties Inc. are working together to develop a 675,000 square foot office building at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

The $380 million project, located at Dock 72, is suiting as it is aimed at the influx of young professionals and millennials focused in technology, advertising and media, on the rise in the neighborhood. “Our target market is the creative market, the millennial knowledge workers— who are in demand by businesses,” John Powers, New York regional manager for Boston Properties told the Wall Street Journal. A few cool features of the new building include a rooftop picnic area, basketball court, and bicycle valet parking.

The building is reported to be completed by late 2017 according to Navy Yard officials and is said to house about 4,000 workers when fully occupied.
