Known architect, Karl Fischer, with practices in Montreal, Canada and New York City is currently working on a new four-building residential project, planned for south Crown Heights.
The site, located at 902 Franklin Avenue, south of Eastern Parkway, is set to build four structures, each set to rise seven stories, ranging at 168,000 square feet between them and include 209 apartments. Each floor will house between five and ten apartments, and 120 parking spaces are planned for the ground levels.
