“The weather outside is frightful, but the wine is so delightful!” And delightful it is every Friday and Saturday, 5 pm to 8 pm, for wine tastings at J&R Symposium.
J&R Symposium, 1148 Union Street in Crown Heights, is a wine and spirits shop with vibrant warmth that subtly whispers, “home,” upon entry. Immaculate wooden fixtures decorate the space, complimenting well-worn brick accents, glistening cumaru wood floorings and garnet-colored walls that will soothe the most anxious of hearts. Who wouldn’t want to warm their spirit with spirits here on a Friday evening?
Co-owner, James Lewis, let me in on a little secret, “red wines are good for the season, as they keep you warm.” Red wine is also said to be good for the blood (in moderation). That’s my 2 cents on a $20 bottle of the Israeli Morad Danue Passion Fruit wine. One that will be featured this upcoming weekend: Italian wines on Friday and Israeli wines on Saturday. Each weekend rotates with vendors and host countries of wines. You’ll never know what’s in store next weekend!
These early labor cramps are less discount levitra http://cute-n-tiny.com/tag/red-panda/ severe but have been present for more than 6 weeks.
Christmas is also growing near and nothing screams stocking stuffer like a smooth bottle of wine (for the folks of age, of course).
So come one and come all! Wine enthusiasts, cellar beginners and gift givers can find all that you need at J&R Symposium every Friday and Saturday.
