The company that opened their first shop in Brooklyn, NY in 1976, will feature two new flavors from the new Haagen-Dazs Artisan Collection: Banana Rum Jam and Chocolate Caramelized Oat Ice Cream. These special new flavors are part of an exciting collaboration that highlights the work of local food artisans from across the U.S. Jessica Quon and Sabrina Valle of Brooklyn’s The Jam Stand brought together unexpected flavors that helped create Banana Rum Jam while San Francisco’s Claire Keane of Clairessquares used a taste of Irish heritage to inspire what has become Chocolate Caramelized Oat Ice Cream.
