The Brooklyn Nets want you to sing the Star Spangled Banner at the next game, only if you are good! If you are from Brooklyn and you have THAT VOICE you are invited to audition. This is probably going to become “Brooklyn Idol”. Please do not waste your time if you know that your voice is not ready. The judges want to be blown away!

“Our Playoffs are For Brooklyn and we want to give Brooklynites the chance to share the spotlight at Barclays Center,” said Petra Pope, Senior Vice President for Entertainment and Event Marketing for the Brooklyn Nets. “There’s tremendous musical talent in this borough and we encourage our residents to audition and represent on Brooklyn’s biggest stage.”

Auditions will be held at The Barclay’s Center Practice Court at Barclay’s Center. The ONLY day to try out is Monday, April 14th from 4pm-6pm.

What will you need to bring with you?

  • A Valid Photo ID (NYS Driver’s License, Passport, Learner’s Permit, State ID)
  • A Utility Bill (To prove you are a local resident)

  • A CD and/or MP3 of the track you will be auditioning.
