The networking event of the year is coming to your backyard! OurBKSocial will host a high-powered networking social for media, business professionals and lovers of BROOKLYN on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 from 7:00PM to 11:00PM. The event will be held at Galapagos Art Space, the Obie Award winning cultural venue, located in DUMBO, Brooklyn at 16 Main Street.
At the event, Ayanna Prescod, Founding Editor of OurBKSocial, will officially launch her Brooklyn blog. She wants professionals to attend the event, network, exchange qualified leads, support each other, eat, drink, and begin building strong relationships throughout the borough. Prescod invited media personality, author, youth advisor, and Brooklyn native Tionna Smalls as her special guest. During the course of the evening, Prescod will interview Smalls on her straight-forward successes.
This event is a great opportunity for attendees with lots of experience to share their ideas and mentor and for young entrepreneurs to find inspiration and valuable contacts.
