Incase you didn’t know there’s another Brooklyn-inspired movie being created.
Douglas McGarth, wrote and will also direct new movie, Brooklyn Bridge, a historical drama which is inspired by factual events during the construction of the Brooklyn Bridge in the second half of the 19th century.
‘Harry Potter’ star, Daniel Radcliffe has been tapped for the lead role. Radcliffe will play Washington Roebling, an inexperienced civil engineer who was given the top job of overseeing the bridge’s construction.

The movie is said to focus more on Washington Roebling and his wife, Emily’s relationship and how Emily contributed to the completion of the bridge after Washington sustained some injuries.
Filming starts next spring.
