Park Slope Sweet Shop Sued For 'Nutella Parody'

The Park Slope, “Nutella Parody,” was hit with a lawsuit for having a product comparable to the Nutella Company. Nuteria, formally known as Nutelleria, was approached by Ferrero, owner of Nutella, and their lawyers back in November for similar reasons. To avoid any legal action by the Ferrero U.S.A., Nuteria decided to change the name from Nutelleria.

Nuteria’s website states, “Nuteria is in no way associated with Ferrero U.S.A. Inc. and is independently owned.
