Brooklyn, has a number of things to offer, and it comes as no surprise that fashion is one of them as many talented designers came from this borough.Â
Designing is one of those things that is easier said than done, and takes time, effort, lack of sleep, dedication, and hard work to accomplish and succeed. After following the style journeys of a few designers on social media and seeing their growth and how far they’ve come is immensely inspiring and makes it hard to choose the top five; but it got done.
Here is a list of the five black designers from Brooklyn that you NEED to know:
Ron Bass
Ron Bass, who can best be described as a free spirit, and judging from his Instagram, you’d have to agree. Bass was most recently featured as one of Black Enterprise’s Modern Man. . Samantha’s line, Sammy B, Â speaks to a modern eclectic woman.
