Mrs. Nikita Gibson, owner of Joire’s Spa & Studio, set to launch later this month, is creating a luxury salon and spa to enhance her neighborhood and give women a complete relaxing and drama-free zone experience.

“As a young woman growing up in Flatbush, most salon atmospheres I encountered were not very relaxing. I decided to make that the goal for Joire’s Spa & Studio,” says Gibson. “To have each woman feel like they are entering their own home, a peaceful, welcoming environment. Joire’s Spa & Studio is where luxury meets tranquility.”

The name Jorie’s Spa & Studio was largely influenced by Gibson’s late mother, Marjorie Virginia Sutton, who passed away when she was only three but left a legacy  to be inventive, creative and always have high aspirations. With this, Gibson wants to give women the same feeling her mother instilled in her.

“Our community needs this salon so women can have a place to service clients in a professional environment. A place where women can help and uplift each other. A place for women to relax, rejuvenate, enjoy and renew. Where all women can leave feeling like the best version of themselves,” Gibson states.

Joire’s Spa & Studio “A Diva’s Domain”, will open on 4219 Avenue P in Marine Park. The luxury boutique is set to serve up the best in spa treatments, hair and lash services, make-up, teeth whitening and more. Jorie’s will be open Mon-Sun from 10am-9pm by appointment only; walk-in services will be provided in the future.
