For the penultimate Spring Series event, Diego Loret de Mola of Pisco BarSol USA will uncover the fascinating history and production of the oldest distilled spirit in the Americas: pisco. Sip a pisco cocktail as you learn about Peruvian pisco, historic pisco recipes, and the close relationship between wine and pisco. Afterwards, you’ll be able to sample six varieties of the grappa-like drink and taste some Peruvian bites from Mission Ceviche and Pollo D’Oro.
