“Brooklyn gets everything!” I hear so many New Yorkers saying. Well out-of-state breakfast hot spot, Denny’s is on its way to Brooklyn. The “Grand Slam” of breakfast is expected to open in the summer on 805Â Pennsylvania Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. This will be the first (hopefully) of many in the New York City area. This exciting news doesn’t come without much controversy though.
Many activist are saying they have issues with Denny’s history of discrimination lawsuits filed by blacks, and the low-paying jobs the restaurant chain offers. In 1994, Denny’s was victim of a class-action suit from a group of black customers stating that the restaurant refused to serve them. It cost Denny’s $54 million dollars!
Being a generic version of the genuine drug, it treats men’s ED issue and help buy viagra online discover content them to perform well through the lovemaking session.
Earlier this year many people gathered to rally at the restaurant’s future location saying they want Denny’s to become more progressive and offer wages that their employees can actually live off of. Opening in a predominately black neighborhood might be a good idea. They just need to take into consideration all of the things that the people who will spend their money there are saying.
Time will tell. I actually like Denny’s!
