What an honor this is. Yesterday, during the Clinton Hill based college Pratt University’s commencement activities, Yoko Ono was honored and received a honorary degree. Yoko Ono is a legendary singer, artist and political activist most known as the widow of late Beatle star, John Lennon.
Pratt Institute list of 2014 honorary degree recipients included designer Karim Rashid, Brooklyn Museum director Arnold Lehman, New York Times architecture critic Michael Kimmelman (who also delivered the commencement address), and multi-media artist Yoko Ono.
