NBC has chosen a female to play the male role of Peter Pan, the boy who refuses to grow up. This is not just any girl, but Allison Williams, from the Brooklyn based hit TV show, “Girls”.

The Today Show gave us a first look at Williams outfitted for her upcoming role via Twitter this morning.

NBC’s live holiday TV musical, is set to air December 4th and will broadcast straight from the stage.
