Mason Plumlee may have been shipped off to Portland but the Brooklyn Nets may have a few tricks up their sleeve for the 2015-16 season.
Earlier today it was announced that the Brooklyn basketball team have agreed to sign reserve point-guard Shane Larkin to a two-year, $3 million contract, that includes a second-year player option, sources confirmed to ESPN.com.
The 22-year-old, who played for the New York Knicks last season, turned down more money from other teams interested in him, to be able to stay in the city. Larkin, who averaged 6.2 points and 3.0 assists in 76 games with the Knicks, joins three other Nets point guards, Deron Williams, Jarrett Jack and Steve Blake.
