The Knitting Factory, a concert venue in Williamsburg Brooklyn, celebrated there 5th year anniversary with a show featuring some of the best in Hip-Hop.
Nigerian-American rapper from Houston,Fat Tony, Harlem’s own Smoke DZA and famed Queensbridge duo Mobb Deep performed in honor of the Brooklyn staple. Mobb Deep, who also happened to be celebrating their 18-year anniversary of hit album Hell On Earth, marked their first time performing in the borough.
The legendary rap duo performed hits from their 20+ career including,“Quiet Storm,” “G.O.D. Pt. 3,” “Hell On Earth,” “Shook Ones” and more.Half of Mobb Deep, Prodigy performed his solo track “Keep It Thoro”. Surprise guest and fellow Queensbridge rapper, Nature performed his famous verse from Noreaga’s “Banned from TV,” which also featured the late Big Pun and Harlem rapper Camron.
