A New Hotel Could Be On Its Way To Bushwick
A new hotel is planned for 71 White Street in Bushwick.

Bushwick should expect more tourist in the coming years thanks to actress Lena Dunham and a possible hotel headed to the neighborhood. While Dunham made Bushwick pretty popular, a new developer filed a permit application to build a 112-key hotel, that could bring even more people to the hot spot.

According to the Real Deal, the planned seven-story hotel will span nearly 80,000 square feet will stand at 71 White Street. The former ViceVersa Vintage clothing store, plans the building’s first floor to include a restaurant and an open plaza.
