by If you haven’t been already informed, we’ll do the honors. Earlier today it was announced that hamburger heaven, Shake Shack, has introduced their very first chicken sandwich.
Shake Shake, popular for their juicy hamburgers, hotdogs and one very cheesy portabella mushroom burger, along with a slew of thick and yummy milkshakes, has finally added the “ChickenShack” to their menu; but only in Brooklyn. Brooklynites get to generously bite into an antibiotic-free chicken breast, lettuce, pickles and buttermilk herb mayonnaise in between a soft seedless bun.
We can understand why you may think this isn’t a reason to jump for joy; but it is. While chicken sandwiches are not few and far between, especially in Brooklyn, there are many reasons to get excited for Shake Shack’s version. Here are 5:
1. Dammit, it’s from Shake Shack.
If you’ve ever grabbed a burger at Shack Shack, you need no further explanation. Shake Shack’s burgers are pretty much perfect and can give LA’s famous In N’ Out a run for their money…any day. Meaning you need to hurry up and get there because we bet the chicken sandwich is just as good.
2. It’s a limited time, Brooklyn exclusive.
When it’s made for Brooklynites only, it supposed to taste better. We’re also the harshest critics, so anything specifically for us must be good.
