New “luxury” shuttle service, The New L wants to step in and help Brooklyn residents that will be affected by the planned L train shutdown.

Brooklyn entrepreneur, founder and president of The New L,  Jaime Getto has started a bus service set to carry locals from their Brooklyn residences to their jobs in Manhattan once the L train line closes for repairs for a year.

“We’ll be launching when the line shuts down and we’ll continue to operate until there’s a suitable solution provided by the MTA,” Getto told Time Out NY. “This is intentionally only meant to run during the shutdown. We’re not looking to expand past then or to service anyone other than Brooklyn residents.”

The bus service will cost riders a membership fee of $155/mo. (just a few dollars more than a monthly unlimited Metro Card) and will offer passengers a one-way ride every weekday morning, free Wi-fi, device chargers, a breakfast bar and the luxury of riding in a Mercedes-Benz black Sprinter van to work. Getto hopes to add service from Manhattan back to Brooklyn after the official launch, according Time Out.

The use of this classification can help physicians characterize group of patients, provides the rationale cialis on line you can try these out for specific management strategies, and allows the design of future clinical trials with more accurate selection and stratification of the population under investigation.
The New L website currently has an open waitlist, and asking those who are interested in the service to provide their home and work addresses in addition to the time they’d like to arrive to work. The bus—which holds a maxim of 12 passengers—will pick riders up from their homes and drop them off at a single location in Manhattan determined by the company.

Business owners looking to get their employees to work and building managers who wants to ease their residents’ morning commutes are encouraged to use this service and ask about group rates.

The L-train shut down is expected to begin April 2019.
