This exhibit celebrates the birth and evolution of Chinese American cuisine, tracing its 170-year history and sparking conversation about food culture, immigration, and what it means to be American. You’ll get to touch, taste and smell in this interactive experience which features different recipes each month.

Ice Cream Making Class

During the two-hour class, you will learn ice cream making basics and create three culinary combinations of your own. You will mix cream and other ingredients such as fruit, cookies and cake. You will take the pints home in a freezer bag. Once you register you will notified of the flavors.
