I guess Reality TV destroys you image rather than make it better. Well in Alicia DiMichele’s case it does. DiMichele, who is one of the many stars on “Mob Wives” a VH1 Reality TV show, has dropped out of her $8,000 a show gig. Who knew they even made that much? Brooklyn Federal Court Judge, Sandra Townes, is now overseeing DiMichele’s case where she is on trial for steeling union funds.

Federal Judge Townes is now focusing on the amount of restitution DiMichele owes Teamsters Local 282 (Union). DiMichele’s lawyer and the government had agreed the figure is $20,000, but the general counsel for the union’s benefits fund stated the amount at $2.8 million including 18% interest. Townes could not accept the lower amount of $20K therefore offered DiMichele who previously plead guilty to the crime a chance to take back the plea. She accepted!

Under her first plea deal she could have faced up to six months in prison. Now trying to fix her image away from the bad girls club image, she is hoping it helps her case.

Time and money will tell!
