In honor of Valentine’s Day, a group of local Brooklynites will present a benefit performance of Eve Ensler’s award winning play at The Pow Wow on 1038 Bedford Avenue. The Vagina Monologues, originally an Off-Broadway play, features some of the most candid, funny, painful, yearning insights of women talking about their no-longer-so-private part. The play has been performed all over the world — from Zagreb to Santa Barbara, London to Seattle and all the way to Jerusalem.
