Williamsburg Restaurant Sells Parking Lot For $9.6 Million!

Long standing Italian restaurant, Bamonte’s, located on 32 Withers Street (North Williamsburg), has sold its 10,000-square-foot parking lot for $9.6 million.
The lot which opens adjacent to the restaurant at 526 Union Avenue was purchased by Alliance Private Capital Group on last week on November 5th. Don’t get excited, as the open space might just be turned into living quarters. As if Brooklyn needs more apartment buildings.

Commercial Observer reports, Alliance Private Group has purchased other open lots in Williamsburg including a parking lot at 510 Driggs Avenue on North 8th Street in September for $35 million.
We’ll keep an eye on Bamonte’s parking lot and see what it officially turns into.
