Actress Christina Ricci is officially a Brooklynite and is now exploring her new stomping grounds. The new mom was spotted out and about on Sunday, with her mother Sarah and new baby boy she had back in August of 2014 with husband James Heerdegen.
Ricci recently purchased a renovated pre-war townhouse in Fort Greene for a whopping $1.99 million. Though the three story home, built in 1901, has around 2,205 square feet of living space, it’s located right next to New York’s busiest commuter paths, the Brooklyn-Queens expressway. The Sleepy Hollow actress has officially moved into the interesting three bedroom, two bathroom home. The home also features a deck off the open chef’s kitchen that leads to a large backyard, a front parlor with a living area that host a gas-burning fireplace, solid oak floors, and 11-foot ceilings.
