Brooklyn Get Into Shape With BKFit Week & Expo!

It’s starting to get cold outside and you may not be thinking of that “summer body” as much but The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce want you to continue to stay in shape and healthy!
The BCC will be kicking off its inaugural Brooklyn Health & Fitness Week on Sunday, November 9th at Industry City, 241 37th Street in Sunset Park from 10am-5pm. The health week,sponsored by EmblemHealth, will include 45 fitness-related vendors as part of the expo, which will feature a rock climbing wall from Brooklyn Boulders, demonstrations by fitness professionals including Zumba, CrossFit and Aerobics, fitness activities for kids sponsored by YMCA, a health food and beverage pavilion by BodyLocal, massages, healthy living tips, and health tests. Throughout the week, 37 participating gyms and fitness studios will also be offering discounted membership rates.
